Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13 January, 1981) is an American actor from the United States. His career began with television roles, including Opposite Sext in 2000. His fame was boosted by his performance as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero from Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007. Evans played in various films that were adapted from comics and graphic novels, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). The film gained him more recognition due to his performance as Steve Rogers / Captain America in various Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War as well as the ensemble film The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). He was one of the highest paid actors on the planet through his roles in the Marvel franchise.
